This Privacy Policy explains how Twenty Six Global Ltd (“Twenty Six Global”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit twentysixglobal.com, contact us, or interact with Twenty Six Global Studio, our video production and publishing software.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your contact details for third-party marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and our business (such as hosting and email providers), or where required by law.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
This website is a simple informational site and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded services (such as web fonts) may be loaded from third-party providers subject to their own policies.
Twenty Six Global Studio (the “Studio”) is software operated by Twenty Six Global Ltd to produce our own videos and publish them to our own channels and accounts on YouTube, TikTok and other platforms. It is used only by Twenty Six Global Ltd and authorized members of our team. This section applies to the Studio in addition to the rest of this policy.
The Studio uses YouTube API Services. When an authorized member of our team connects a YouTube channel, the Studio accesses, through YouTube’s official API: the channel’s basic information; the videos, playlists, captions and thumbnails we upload and manage; and the statistics and reports YouTube provides about our own channels, including revenue reports where a channel takes part in the YouTube Partner Program.
Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke the Studio’s access to a Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
When an authorized member of our team connects a TikTok account, the Studio receives basic profile information (account ID, display name and avatar) and permission to upload our videos to that account as drafts, which we review and post ourselves in the TikTok app. We use this only to publish our own content. Access can be removed at any time in the TikTok app’s settings under app permissions.
If we connect other platforms to the Studio, such as Instagram, Facebook or X, the same principles apply: we access only what is needed to publish and measure our own content, and access can be revoked in that platform’s settings.
Other software products and applications published by Twenty Six Global Ltd may have their own product-specific privacy notices, which apply in addition to this policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, including any data held by the Studio, by contacting us at info@twentysixglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@twentysixglobal.com.
